Golden Black Mothers · No. 2
Some moments are worth a halo.
Golden Black Mothers No. 2 is a rich, icon-style portrait of a mother in a cream veil and dark robe, her child in white held close, both crowned with radiating halos, while more children gather around them against a glowing gold ground.
Icon painters worked in gold for a reason: it was the colour of heaven, kept for the faces they believed were holy.
Because every child deserves to be held like the most precious thing in the room.
Her pale veil and the child's white robe glow against the gold, as if lit from within. The children at the edges lean in, close enough to belong. And her calm, direct gaze makes it clear: this is a family, and it is sacred.
Cream, black and radiant gold. Strong enough to hold a room from across it, textured enough to pull you in close.
Perfect for:
- Nurseries, bedrooms and quiet corners
- Lovers of classical and icon-inspired art
- Mothers, grandmothers and new parents
- Christenings, baby showers and family gifts
- Black History Month and cultural celebrations
Golden Black Mothers. Held in light.
Hang it. Hold close. Count them.
Every wall tells a story.
