Homeland · Woven No. 2 | Framed Art Print | Originology | Black History X
Woven · No. 2
Some cities you carry with you.
Homeland is a portrait in mosaic: a face in slate blue and gold, the head behind it built from a continent's architecture in miniature.
Djenné's great mud mosque with its wooden beams. The stone towers of Great Zimbabwe. Nubian pyramids, Aksum obelisks, Dogon granaries. Built by African hands, long before anyone arrived to "discover" them.
Not ruins to be found. Home, carried.
Slate blue, terracotta red, ochre, teal and burnished gold on pure black. Bold from across the room, endlessly detailed up close.
The traditional half of the Woven pair. Hang it beside Heirloom, Woven No. 1, the modern half, and the two faces look towards each other: what was built, and who carries it now.
Perfect for:
- Living rooms and studies that need a statement piece
- Offices and creative spaces
- Anyone drawn to African architecture and history
- Black History Month displays
- A gift for someone proud of their roots
Homeland. Where we're from.
Hang it. Look closer. Remember.
Every wall tells a story.

Originology is the study of origins: where we came from, what we built, and what was taken out of the record. Every Originology piece starts from one truth. Our story doesn't begin in a chapter or a census. It begins at Day One.
