Uprock · Past Forward No. 3 | Framed Art Print | Originology | Black History X
Past Forward · No. 3
Feet off the ground. Head full of sound.
Uprock is a bold, graphic portrait of a dancer caught mid-move, knees tucked, one arm flung back, the other reaching for the floor. A striped dome of a headpiece, round gold shades, headphones at his neck, striped shorts, striped socks and high-top trainers, all set against a sunburst, an orange sun and a wall of speakers.
Uprock came off the street before it ever hit a stage: a battle dance, face to face, where every move was an answer to the last one.
Because some conversations don't need words. Just a beat and the floor.
The sunburst behind him isn't decoration, it's the energy of the crowd pushing him up. The headpiece turns his whole body into a speaker. And the hand reaching down is the move before the move, a second before he lands.
Burnt orange, deep teal, cream and gold. Strong enough to hold a room from across it, textured enough to pull you in close.
Perfect for:
- B-boys, b-girls and breaking fans
- Hip-hop heads and music lovers
- Studios, dance schools and creative spaces
- Black History Month and cultural celebrations
- Anyone who's ever answered a beat with a move
Uprock. Every move an answer.
Hang it. Step up. Take the floor.
Every wall tells a story.
