Crowned Queen | Two Tone Mug | Originology | Black History X
She doesn't need the capital letter.
The Crowned Queen Two Tone Mug from Black History X carries a crown above one word, set in lower case. That choice is the whole design.
queen. Said plainly, because it was never in question.
Amanirenas, who took on Rome and made it negotiate. Nzinga, who ruled for forty years and outlasted two empires trying to remove her. Yaa Asantewaa, who led an army at sixty. None of them announced themselves. The record simply had to catch up.
Understatement, poured on purpose.
This one is for the ones who never had to raise their voice.
